This page explains what happens to your details when you use this site. It is short because we do very little with them.

Who we are

Twang Media is a boutique paid media agency, run by David Miretski. If you have any question about your data, or you want to see it, change it, or delete it, email david@twang.marketing.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, and your message.

When you submit the form, our host also records standard technical data like your IP address, the same way every website does. We do not use it for anything beyond running the site and blocking spam.

What we do not collect

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising trackers. Nothing following you around.

Because there is nothing to track, there is no cookie banner on this site. That is on purpose.

Why we collect it

One reason: to read your message and reply to you.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send you marketing. We do not profile you, sell your data, or share it with anyone for their own use.

Who processes it

Three services handle your submission on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts the site and stores your form submission. Netlify is based in the United States.
• Akismet checks the submission for spam. To do that it receives your message and IP.
• Google Workspace (Gmail) delivers your message to David's inbox.

That is the full list. No CRM, no other tools.

Where your data goes

Your submission from outside the United States is processed in the United States, because that is where our host runs. We rely on our host's own data protection safeguards for that transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for up to 12 months after our conversation ends, then we delete it: the record on Netlify and the email thread.

If we end up working together, your details become part of that working relationship, and this policy no longer covers them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the data we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop using it

Email david@twang.marketing and we will handle it within 30 days. It is usually much faster.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
